1. Agreement
By accessing or using Avosys (the "Service"), operated for your organisation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Your organisation may define acceptable use; you must follow their policies and applicable law.
3. Data and confidentiality
Business data you enter into the Service is processed for the purposes described in your organisation’s policies and our Privacy Policy. You must not misuse or attempt to access data you are not authorised to view.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, security updates, or events outside our control may affect availability.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ComputeMate and your hosting provider are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
